About Third Party Fundraising
Thank you for thinking of UAMS as the beneficiary of your fundraising event.
Without our friends, we know that we could not accomplish everything that we do at UAMS.
We appreciate your generosity, your philanthropic spirit, your compassion for others, and for caring about healthcare and healthcare education, now and for future generations.
Please download the Third Party Event Guidelines and application form. You are responsible for reading the Guidelines and understanding the requirements of holding a third party event for the benefit of UAMS. We appreciate your compliance and cooperation. Please ask questions about any Guidelines you do not understand. Submit the completed application to request approval to conduct a fundraising event for the benefit of UAMS. This application has been developed to make this process as efficient as possible for you and to provide consistency with UAMS policies and procedures.

Event Naming and Branding
Please remember that your event will not be, and cannot be, publicized as a “UAMS event.” Rather, this is an event for which you have kindly offered that you wish to raise the funds to support UAMS. Therefore, a suggested way of promoting your event is to state “Proceeds from this event will be donated to benefit the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences (UAMS).” If the proceeds will benefit a certain college, institute, area, or program of UAMS, then of course, that area would be added to this language to read “Proceeds from this event will be donated to benefit the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences [fill in the blank, e.g., Leukemia Research Programs].”
Permission is required to use any UAMS logo for the event, in addition to use of the name of UAMS or any UAMS college, institute, area, or program.
